Traditional Preparation: Scoop 1-2 tsp Notcha Matcha into bowl. Add 1oz almost boiling water into bowl and use bamboo whisk to whisk into a paste, add an additional 2oz almost boiling water and whisk vigorously back and forth until frothy. Sip and enjoy straight from the bowl!
Notcha Matcha Latte Preparation: Bring 3/4 cup milk of your choice to a bare simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat. Place 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder in a heatproof cup. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup almost boiling water, then milk, tipping cup slightly to help create more foam. Taste and sweeten accordingly with sweetener of your choice. Optional - sprinkle with fennel pollen for extra delight.
